My name is Agnes Osei. I am offering Reflexology as a Practitioner in:

- - Spinal Reflexology- a powerful form of reflexology based on stimulating the spinal reflexes  on the feet to identify out of balance nerve roots linking to the spinal vertebrae and to the organs and muscles of the body in aim of influencing healing.
-  - Power with equilibrium Reflexology of chakras/endocrine/nervous systems- a shorter session aiming to liberating the body's vital energy and help people move on from stressful situations.
-  - Normal Reflexology- to stimulate the body to promote healing. Through facilitating circulation, toxin removal, aiding the nervous system to function effectively through the spinal cord, I aim to help the body reach a homeostatic balance to improve pain sensation, relief stress and result in a positive state of mind/ body and coping abilities.

I trained at The Central London College of Reflexology in 2009 with a Level 3 ABC Diploma following modules on anatomy and physiology, case studies and external examinations.
I use a Safe, Relaxing non Invasive hands/finger massage of various pressures with oil/powder/cream on reflex pathways/ zones on the feet and hands to bring about relaxation or other therapeutic results described above.

I am registered with the Association Of Reflexologists (AOR) and the Health Professions Council (HPC) for Podiatrists as I practice as a Podiatrist additionally. It was from Podiatry where I developed my interest towards healing holistically through the feet, the reflexes and the mind.  Working holistically, I aim to listen to the client, encourage and advice them on their presenting complaint or recommend other means of management for them.
