Jenny Higgins
Jenny's history is in arts and crafts as she is naturally free thinking and creative, this has lead to a varied life experience including spending a couple of years jewellery making in New Mexico. She has always had a keen interest in psychology and spirituality and decided to turn her passion into a career. She studied for her Higher Diploma in Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy and counselling at the School of Cognitive and Analytical Hypnotherapy (SACH) and also has a Diploma in Holistic Therapies. Jenny combines all these skills to bring a truly holistic approach to her treatments.
Jenny's own life experience and her experience of various therapies has lead her to the knowledge that self-awareness and understanding are the key to moving on from the issues that hold us back in life.
She is particularly interested in the treatment of physical ailments using hypnosis Hypno-Healing. This can benefit anything from backache or headaches to digestive or respiratory problems.
Because of her own personal experience Jenny is also very interested in helping people to deal with issues surrounding motherhood, such as post-natal depression, guilt or anxiety.
